Information on rights’ protection
U.P.T. was founded by Lombardy Region. It is part of the Services’ System but it has an autonomous position and it is completely independent from the Regional Health Service. The person in charge of UPT does not depend from political or technical-administrative bodies of the institution it works for.
Goal:
* UPT is a service for all the citizens-users who were protagonists of a inefficiencies or violations of their rights in the health-social-assistance sector.
* UPT can provide suggestions about the initiatives which must be taken against an Institution which did not satisfy the citizens’ needs
* It can contribute, with its activities, recommendations and suggestions to the improvement of the Services offered by Cremona Hospital.
