Activities:
Servimpresa was founded in May 1994 and it was started up in January 1996. It has a President, a Board of Administration and a Court of Auditors. It promotes all the services necessary to foster the development of enterprises and to support in general local economy.
Strengths of our services:
The services provided by the New Enterprise Point are free.
In the start-up phase of new enterprises it is fundamental to provide free services in order not to create further expenses. The New Enterprise Point play a unique and fundamental role in increasing the number of new enterprises.
Possibility to have a tailored-service
Servimpresa plans and implements training interventions tailored on the specific needs of every company, trade associations, institutions. The training activities are usually quite short, lessons are organized according to work shifts and timetables of the participants, the subjects which are treated are quite practical.
Know How and professionalism
Servimpresa offers synergies with universities and trade associations of the territory in order to obtain public grants for the organization of big and important initiatives.
Attention to quality
Servimpresa has the certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. According its quality policy, it provides services tailored on the need of the final users. It also has a costumer’s satisfaction analysis.
Activities:
The fundamental intervention area is represented by training, qualification, re-qualification and refreshing courses for entrepreneurs and their assistants. Special attention is paid to training of future entrepreneurs, economic and professional operators and civil servants.
* Financed Training: Servimpresa plans and organizes ESF courses for unemployed people in order to train people who can enter the entrepreneurial market. Search for possible national, regional and European grants to finance training initiatives.
* Entrepreneurial training: courses and seminars on interesting topics for enterprises. The priority intervention sectors are safety on job-places and training for external operators. Courses last at least 16 hours per each proposed edition.
* Training for future entrepreneurs: this training aims at creating new enterprises. The goal is providing future entrepreneurs with the tools for correct planning and evaluation of the entrepreneurial idea. We organize short seminars (8 hours) or 40 hours courses.
* Institutional training: Servimpresa organizes professional training courses recognized by Lombardy Region for the nutrition sector’s and catering sector’s operators.
Courses last 120 hours per each edition.
* Training for public institutions: Servimpresa proposes to the officials of the territorial institutions updating seminars with special focus on fiscal and taxes problems.
* Counselling for new enterprises: counselling for self-employment and for companies’ start up is part of the traditional activities of the Helpdesk Punto Nuova Impresa. It also organizes activities in schools to foster entrepreneurial culture.
