Goals:
Conciliation represents another way to solve disputes among enterprises or among enterprises and consumers.
This service was established by the Italian Chambers of Commerce (according to the Law 580/93). It offers great advantages in comparison with ordinary justice procedures:
* it’s very quick
* it’s very easy
* costs are low and fixed
* privacy
Enterprises and companies can ask the Chambers of Commerce for support in case of big or small disputes.
The Chamber system is efficient, quick and homogeneous all over the Italian territory. A big organizing effort was made to offer a good and useful service for all the market operators.
